More women founders, more funding: Meet Even Founders⚡️

More women starting companies. More funding reaching the companies they build. That’s the ambition behind Even Founders - an organisation that began its journey at BLOXHUB and has since grown into a community and platform for women founders and the wider startup ecosystem.
If you’ve been browsing the Events section on SQUARE lately, you may already have noticed Even Founders popping up. And there’s a good reason for us to put the spotlight on them.
Even Founders started its journey at BLOXHUB, where @Ana Andonovska and @Jasmina Sulikova began building an organisation with a clear ambition: to get more women starting companies and more funding reaching the companies they build.
Since then, Even Founders has grown into a hub of its own, running programmes, events and projects that support women founders while bringing founders, investors and ecosystem partners closer together.
From idea to founder
At the heart of Even Founders is their Startup School, created for women at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey - including those who have an idea but aren’t quite sure what to do with it yet. Through mentoring, expert sessions, co-working and community, the programme helps aspiring founders move from early ideas towards something they can test, build and grow.
But starting more companies is only part of the equation. Even Founders also works to strengthen the connections between women founders, investors and the wider startup ecosystem - helping create better conditions for women-led companies to access the networks, knowledge and funding they need to grow.
Alongside the Startup School, they bring these communities together through events, activities and projects designed to make the startup ecosystem more accessible and more connected.

There’s also a very immediate way to get to know what Even Founders is about: join them at an event.
Several upcoming events on SQUARE are hosted or co-hosted by Even Founders, bringing together founders, investors and people from across the startup ecosystem.
